Talent Beyond Boundaries
We provide engineering oversight and infrastructure management to Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB).
About TBB
Talent Beyond Boundaries is the world's largest and most successful labour mobility partner. It pioneered international recruitment as a safe and legal pathway for refugees to rebuild their lives.
TBB has registered 150,000 skilled displaced professionals and matched hundreds with employers in countries including Australia, Canada and the UK.
What we do
TBB runs on Talent Catalog, the open-source software that also underpins the Global Refugee Network. Open Pathway Collective maintains the Talent Catalog repository and is its primary active contributor.
Our engineers look after the infrastructure TBB depends on and oversee the engineering work, so improvements made for one organisation can benefit the whole sector.
