Apply online, at your own pace. We'll ask about your organisation, the refugee data you need and the checks for your level, then a person reviews every application.

What to have ready

You won't need everything at once. Small and refugee-led organisations can use our policy templates, and we can help you submit.

Your organisation’s legal name, registration number and the register it appears on.
The names and roles of your head of organisation and, for service providers, your directors, trustees or senior officers, each with a work email.
The refugee data you need, how you will hold it and who else will see it.
Your policies: safeguarding and protection from sexual exploitation and abuse, and privacy if you will receive personal data.
Proof of any check you have already passed, such as UN Partner Portal verification or IOM IRIS certification.
Someone authorised to confirm the declaration for your organisation.
